The Drop chair was designed by Arne Jacobsen himself in 1958 as part of the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel project in Copenhagen, for which Jacobsen is famous. Although manufactured alongside the Swan and Egg chairs, the Drop was produced in limited numbers exclusively for the hotel. After more than 50 years, the Drop was re-released in 2014. This charming and unique chair possesses both history and identity, yet feels fresh and dynamic. The Drop's distinctive backrest shape offers both a warm, embracing feel and freedom of movement, creating surprising comfort.
