This candle stand holds four candles. Four crystal balls are affixed to a solid crystal block using a special colored adhesive, creating a unique tie-dye effect. The four crystal spheres are embedded within a monolithic crystal block. Colored adhesive is used at the joints where the spheres meet the base; this is a deliberate design choice that allows the color to subtly bleed at the junction of the two surfaces, much like the bleeding edge of a watercolor painting. When the four candles are lit, the light passes through the crystal, offering a continuously changing display throughout the evening.
