This is a fine art giclée print specially created for The Poster Club by Taiwanese artist Jaron Su. He hopes his work brings a smile to people’s faces. “I want my art to be for everyone. It excites me to think that my work, as a print, brightens up people's homes all over the world,” he says. Jaron was born and raised in Taiwan, but since 2014, he has lived in the Netherlands with his husband and beloved cat. From a very young age, he knew he had the talent and wanted to make a living from it. His creative process is meticulous. He first conjures an image in his head, sometimes just an idea or a feeling. He then uses this as a starting point for visual research. Only at this stage does he begin to sketch.
