This fine art giclée print was created exclusively for The Poster Club by Korean illustrator Makitoy. She draws inspiration from serene strolls through Hangang Park in Seoul, Korea's vibrant capital. This waterside oasis offers a harmonious blend of tranquility and convenience, with its numerous bookstores, cafes, and galleries. After six years as an in-house illustrator, Makitoy transitioned to freelance work, embracing individual projects from the comfort of her home, alongside her two beloved cats. Since 2019, she has diligently pursued a personal project of daily drawing, a habit that not only hones her skills but also builds an artistic archive. Makitoy's vibrant art posters feature bold botanical illustrations, drawn with pen and marker on paper. “Plants give me new perspectives,” she explains.
