This fine art giclée print was created by Morocco-based artist Nassim Azarzar exclusively for The Poster Club. Nassim's work embodies the fluidity of identity and culture, shaped by his upbringing in Épinay-sur-Seine, a Parisian suburb rich with the complex tapestry of diaspora influence. His early environment was a study in contrasts, celebrating diversity while confronting the tensions accompanying cultural assimilation. In 2013, Nassim relocated to Morocco, his family's homeland, to more deeply connect with his roots. This transition, while challenging, laid the groundwork for his multidisciplinary practice, weaving together painting, sculpture, experimental film, poetry, and sound. From his atelier in Rabat, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Nassim draws upon these diverse influences to explore themes of alienation, displacement, and belonging.
