A fine art giclée print created exclusively for The Poster Club by Jonathan Lawes, a contemporary artist and designer based in southeast London. Working from his studio along the Thames, his creative practice revolves around silkscreen printing. Using this technique, he creates bold and geometric abstract pieces shaped by intuition and colour. Having originally trained in textile print, his work is guided by an internal 'library of forms' and a fluid, experimental process, taking shape directly on the print table. In recent years, Jonathan has expanded his expression to new materials, from canvas and wood to vintage book covers, exploring the textures and depths these materials offer.
