This is a fine art giclée print specially created for The Poster Club by French illustrator Samuel Eckert. He uses simple drawings and short phrases to elevate everyday observations into small visual narratives. With the soft lines unique to hand-drawing and an intentionally simplified style, he creates works that balance humor and sincerity, inviting viewers to smile or ponder for a moment. His drawings give an intuitive and frank impression, visualizing ideas directly without being overly polished. Based in Pantin, on the outskirts of Paris, Samuel works from his studio along the Ourcq Canal. After studying visual communication and working briefly in advertising, he has been working as a freelancer since 2014, engaging in a wide range of activities including illustration, murals, tattoos, publishing, and self-initiated projects.
