Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, she had long felt that the distance from her home country was essential for her growth. When she left Brazil seven years ago, she believed that moving forward meant not looking back at the past. However, a shift in that relationship has recently begun to emerge. While she still resists defining São Paulo as "home," she is increasingly interested in understanding how the place she grew up continues to shape who she is today. She reflects on the distance from her origins and its impact on her identity. This perspective continues to shape her approach to creation.
