The "Gry" series is crafted using a blown glass technique, making each piece unique with its own distinct character. This collection consists of three types of bases (vases) and one type of tealight holder, each available in three color variations. "The Gry bases, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, are like elegant sculptures that beautifully enhance the flowers and water they hold. Their textured surfaces and colors blend with the sunlight, creating a fantastical appearance. The candle holder picks up the light from the lit wick, casting beautiful patterns on its surroundings. The inspiration for the form came from 'tree trunks.' It expresses the shape of a tree, from the powerful beginning of its roots extending from the ground to its rounded form as it grows upward. The name 'Gry,' which means 'dawn' in Danish, also evokes various other associations. For example, it is connected to the Danish word 'gro,' meaning 'to grow' or 'to develop.'"
