This is a stately octagonal clock from Lowis Industry. It's inspired by a type of clock produced in France in the 1920s and 1930s. "Lowis Industry" is a collaborative brand between CANDY DESIGN & WORKS and DETAIL, and produces products that incorporate the specifications and designs of a bygone era down to the smallest detail. The steel body is fitted with a deliberately rough, hairline-finished aluminum die-cast frame, and the dial's printing has a deliberately blurred finish, demonstrating the attention to detail.
