JIU
This is a Japanese iron frying pan brand born from the craftsmanship of a company founded in 1951, and a joint development between the Tokyo design office TENT and Fujita Kinzoku. Through a unique hardening and tempering process, it achieves a seasoning-free specification that allows you to start using it without preparation, making it rust-resistant and providing a cooking experience that becomes more flavorful with each use. The distinctive wide rim allows it to be placed directly on the table like a plate, offering both design appeal and a simple, detachable handle structure for which a patent is pending. It has also received the German iF Design Award and Red Dot Award. With the rich texture and durability of iron, this brand redefines the experience of cooking and dining, "connecting cooking and eating" from daily preparation to the dining table.
