Born and raised on the island, her Greek roots are a significant source of inspiration in her artistic practice. Her work is a balanced fusion of constructivism, minimalism, and folkloric elements related to Byzantine culture. Typically, her color palette consists of earth tones, desaturated hues, and deep blacks. For Eleni, the creative process involves numerous preliminary sketches and idea boards. What often emerges on the canvas is the shape of a vessel.
