While Mandy Maria is intensely dedicated to her creative endeavors, she maintains a soft atmosphere in her work that contrasts with the rugged scenes and landscapes she depicts. Mandy Maria has lived in Glasgow for the past 20 years, but her upbringing in northeast Scotland remains deeply rooted in her and is a constant source of inspiration for her artistic creations. For several years, she worked in the design industry, but in her own words, returning to painting allowed her to express her soul for the first time. Mandy Maria's background in the design industry has influenced her work for many years, but recently she feels more drawn to analog production processes.
