Growing up in a small town near the New York State and Canadian border, she developed a profound bond with the natural world, an influence that still resonates within her today. As a child, exploring the world, adventuring barefoot through forests and along creeks, and bundling up to brave winter storms, she instilled in herself an appreciation for nature's beauty and resilience. This theme pervades much of her photography. Currently, she travels through California, the West Coast, and the American Southwest by car, seeking new landscapes and perspectives. Her photography is an intimate exploration of her immediate surroundings.
