Growing up in a small town near the border of New York and Canada, she formed a profound bond with the natural world, an influence that still resonates within her today. As a child, exploring the world, adventuring barefoot through forests and along streams, or bundling up to brave winter storms, she instilled in herself an appreciation for nature's beauty and resilience. This theme is central to much of her photography. Currently, she travels through California, the West Coast, and the American Southwest by car, seeking new landscapes and perspectives. Her photography is an intimate exploration of her immediate surroundings.
