Growing up in a small town near the New York and Canadian border, she formed a profound bond with the natural world, an influence that still resonates within her. As a child, exploring the world, adventuring barefoot through forests and along streams, or venturing out bundled up in winter storms, she ingrained in her heart an appreciation for nature's beauty and resilience. This theme pervades much of her photography. Currently, she travels through California, the West Coast, and the American Southwest by car, seeking new landscapes and perspectives. Her photographs are an intimate exploration of her immediate surroundings.
