This is a fine art Giclée print created exclusively for The Poster Club by Amélie Lefebvre, a graphic designer and illustrator born and raised in Montreal, Canada. She collaborates with advertising agencies, brands, and magazines, working on a wide range of projects including illustration, branding, packaging design, animation, and typography. "Each project brings a new way of thinking, and sometimes even a different way of constructing images. It's like starting from scratch every time, which is both stimulating and rewarding," says Amélie. Known for her experimental approach, she employs digital techniques, collage, and traditional art materials like ink, acrylics, and oil pastels, engaging in a dynamic creative process until the desired outcome is achieved. "I love experimenting with different materials and enjoying unexpected accidents, but I also like to control the image in progress using Photoshop," she explains. Here, composition and color combine with the textures created by cut-outs and textures, resulting in a work that harmonizes precision and improvisation.
