This fine art giclée print was created by graphic designer and illustrator Amélie Lefebvre, who was born and raised in Montreal, Canada, especially for The Poster Club. She works on a wide range of projects, including illustration, branding, packaging design, animation, and typography, collaborating with advertising agencies, brands, and magazines. "With each job, new ways of thinking and, at times, even how to construct images change. It's like starting from scratch every time, which is both stimulating and challenging," says Amélie. She excels in an experimental approach, using digital, collage, and traditional art materials like ink, acrylic, and oil pastels to pursue a dynamic creative process until the desired result is achieved. "I love experimenting with various art materials and enjoying unexpected coincidences, but I also like to control the image in progress using Photoshop," she explains. Here, composition and color, combined with the texture brought by cutouts and textures, create a work that harmonizes precision and improvisation.
