This fine art giclée print was created exclusively for The Poster Club by Amélie Lefebvre, a graphic designer and illustrator born and raised in Montreal, Canada. She collaborates with advertising agencies, brands, and magazines, working on a wide range of projects including illustration, branding, package design, animation, and typography. "With each new job, a new way of thinking and sometimes even building images emerges. It's like starting from scratch every time, which is both exciting and rewarding," says Amélie. Known for her experimental approach, she utilizes digital tools, collage, and traditional art materials such as ink, acrylic, and oil pastels, engaging in a dynamic creative process until she achieves the desired outcome. "I love experimenting with different mediums and enjoying unexpected occurrences, but I also enjoy controlling the image I'm creating using Photoshop," she explains. Here, composition and color, combined with the textures created by cut-outs and textures, produce a work that harmonizes precision and improvisation.
