This fine art giclée print was created exclusively for The Poster Club by Amélie Lefebvre, a graphic designer and illustrator born and raised in Montreal, Canada. She works with advertising agencies, brands, and magazines on a wide range of projects, including illustration, branding, packaging design, animation, and typography. "For each job, a new way of thinking, and sometimes even building an image, emerges. It's like starting from scratch each time, which is both stimulating and rewarding," says Amélie. Known for her experimental approach, she employs a dynamic creative process using digital tools, collage, and traditional art materials such as ink, acrylics, and oil pastels until she achieves the desired outcome. "I love trying different mediums and enjoying unexpected accidents, but I also like to control the image in progress using Photoshop," she explains. Here, composition and color combine with the textures from cut-outs and surfaces to create a harmonious work that balances precision and spontaneity.
