This fine art print was created exclusively for The Poster Club by Ibiyie Meier-Oluwole. The work of artist Ibiyie Meier-Oluwole speaks of striking intimacy and human connection. Born in England with Nigerian roots, Ibiyie left the hustle and bustle of London and settled in Hastings, a seaside town on England's south coast. She now lives with her partner and two children, enjoying a slower pace of life, which she first experienced while living in Sweden. Before venturing into painting, Ibiyie ran an organic hair and skincare business for eight years. This experience instilled in her a delicate sensibility for process and care. Her current artistic interest focuses on depicting people, often capturing quiet, introspective moments and shared experiences with friends and family.
