This is a fine art giclée print exclusive to The Poster Club by Brooklyn-based painter Katie Lineback. Her work explores themes of memory, natural forms, and a deep attachment to place. Born in Oregon and raised in Arizona, her experiences growing up between the dramatically different terrains of lush forests and arid deserts continue to shape her visual language today. Her paintings evoke a dreamy space where emotion, intuition, and memory converge. Primarily working with acrylic paints on canvas, Katie creates delicate movement and depth through layering translucent washes of paint. Moons, mirrored shapes, and natural forms are seen throughout her body of work; these are her recurring motifs that continue to evolve over time. "I consider my paintings to be portals," she says.
