A fine art print created exclusively for The Poster Club by Yibi Maier-Ojutimehin. Artist Yibi Maier-Ojutimehin’s work has a distinct intimacy and feeling of human connection. Born in England with Nigerian roots, Yibi left the vibrant hustle and bustle of London and settled in the seaside town of Hastings on England's south coast. She now lives with her partner and two children, enjoying a slower pace of life, which she first experienced whilst living in Sweden. Before venturing into painting, Yibi ran an organic hair and skincare business for eight years, an experience that instilled in her a delicate sensitivity for process and care. Her current artistic interest is focused on figurative depictions, often capturing quiet, reflective moments and shared experiences with friends and family.
