This intuitive approach leads to highly symbolic works where color, form, and texture carry emotional weight. One recurring character in Lucia's work is the enigmatic figure "Sam" in a wide-brimmed hat. In addition to Sam, motifs such as tulips, birds, fish, and empty corners weave an abstract visual language that hints at movement, memory, and introspection.
