Wengler Chair
This chair is handmade using techniques that bring out the beauty of natural materials such as rattan and willow to the fullest. Wengler is a pioneer of rattan production, who established a new technique for making rattan furniture from materials such as rush and willow, which are ubiquitous throughout Europe. He is a very well-known rattan craftsman in Denmark, and Danish architects such as Arne Jacobsen, Ville Bosen, and Kay Bojesen visited his workshop to learn rattan weaving techniques and knowledge.
