The Drop is a small chair with a big personality. The fully padded Drop blends into any space, proving that well-designed furniture can impact the space with its presence and beauty. Arne Jacobsen designed the Drop as part of his masterpiece, the legendary SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen (now the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel). Although produced alongside the Swan and Egg chairs, only a limited number of Drops were made exclusively for the hotel. After more than 50 years of slumber, the Drop was relaunched in 2014. This rounded chair with a beautiful back was Arne Jacobsen's own favourite piece. The Black Leather Drop combines black Essential Leather with chromed or powder-coated steel legs.
