Shabby cafe high stool
This simple high stool makes use of the textures of old cedar wood and iron. The old cedar wood is made from scaffolding boards that have been cleaned and reused from construction sites. These boards, which have likely been exposed to the elements and used under harsh conditions, have a character that only emerges over the years. To match the texture of the old cedar wood, the iron legs are not finished with a clean, solid coat of paint, but rather with a moderately used look that leaves traces of the manufacturing process, such as areas where the black leather has peeled off from bending and welding marks. You can choose from two types of finishes: a sand black finish that gives a slightly cleaner impression, or a clear finish that brings out the texture of the iron more strongly.
