This TV stand makes use of the contrast between solid Chinese china, characterized by its strong lines and vivid grain, and solid white oak, which has a gentle look. The front panel of the two drawers is cut from a single piece of Chinese china and finished so that the grain appears to be connected. China china is also used on part of the back, giving the piece a unified look from behind. The inside of the drawers is made of paulownia wood, which has excellent moisture-proofing properties. There are no handles, but a handle is carved into the bottom of the front panel, creating a simple shape that highlights the appeal of the natural material. It can also be used with a regular robot vacuum cleaner, and has been designed to be practical as well as stylish.
