A set of teacups and saucers that express the straight and curved patterns of pebbles. The shadows created by the patterns change appearance depending on how the light shines through them. It gives a peaceful atmosphere to after-meal moments or special occasions. This four-piece set includes one each of "Sen" and "En," which express the straight and curved patterns of pebbles, and "Hakusa" and "Ishi," which each represent the straight and curved patterns of pebbles. "Hakusa" is a color that expresses the clear "white" of the white sand laid out in a rock garden. The white porcelain is finished with bisque (unglazed). "Ishi" is a color that expresses the "stones" arranged in a rock garden. The gray earth and matte glaze have subtly different textures and colors, creating a soft shadow.
