A side table with two tabletops that combines practicality with beautiful curves. The loop-shaped frame is made of Artek's traditional technique of "lamella bent wood", and although it is made of plywood, it is beautiful and smooth like solid wood. Plywood tabletops made of birch are attached to the top and bottom of the loop, and the edges of the tabletop are curved upwards to prevent items from falling off. The sturdy and lightweight "915 Side Table" was designed by Alvar Aalto in 1932 for the project of the tuberculosis sanatorium "Paimio Sanatorium" in Finland, which he and Aino Aalto worked on together.
