NJP Table
The NJP table lamp provides comfortable lighting for your working space by illuminating the table surface with direct light without glare. The light leaking from the opening at the rear of the head illuminates part of the arm. Designed by Oki Sato of the Japanese design office "nendo", this is a new interpretation of the traditional architect lamp (an arm-type desk lamp often used by architects and others). The simple and honest appearance expresses the function of the lamp as it is. The shape of the shade represents the direction and spread of the light, and the simple mechanism using newly developed springs at the joint parts of the two arms allows for high freedom of movement. The opening of the shade facing the arm allows the shade to move smoothly and also serves as a heat dissipation for the LED. The shade, with its matte white painted inside, also produces soft indirect light, making it comfortable for the eyes.
