A minimalist and stylish wall lamp with an ergonomically designed shade that can be moved flexibly. Designed by Oki Sato of the Japanese design office "nendo", this is a new interpretation of the traditional architect lamp (an arm-type desk lamp often used by architects). It can be installed in any position without electrical work because it plugs into a wall outlet. It is also suitable for room redecoration and renovation. A simple and precise mechanism using springs allows for high degree of freedom of movement. The head and arm can be moved flexibly, and the position and amount of light can be adjusted, making it suitable for use in bedrooms. The LED light source is placed in a recessed position inside the shade, so it does not show unpleasant light that dazzles the eyes. The shade, painted matte white on the inside, also produces soft indirect light, making it comfortable for the eyes.
