This rechargeable table lamp was designed by Michael Anastassiades for the dining room of a legendary restaurant in New York. It diffuses light through a transparent solid glass base. The shape of the base is inspired by the architectural style of ancient Greek columns. The top cover is available in a lineup of glossy gold and chrome, and matte copper and green. By touching the touch sensor on the bottom of the main unit (under the top cover), you can switch the brightness from 100% to 50% to 3% to off. It will light up at 100% brightness for about 6 hours, so you can enjoy using it not only indoors but also outdoors. You can also keep it on for 24 hours by changing the brightness to 3%.
