HAKU LA TABLE COASTER
The "HAKU LA TABLE" series of tableware allows you to use traditional techniques in a modern style. This collection was born from the idea of arranging Hakuichi's metal foil processing technology into cutting-edge wall materials. The base plate is made of a sturdy wall material produced in the Hokuriku area that combines aluminum and resin materials. It is light, durable, and does not easily change over time. Each plate is then foiled by a craftsman to create "MADE IN JAPAN" tableware from the Hokuriku region. The shine of the various metal foils, which apply gold foil production techniques that have been used since the Edo period, adds an accent to the tabletop. "Silver" uses tin foil. Using a technique called "flat pressing," in which each piece of foil is carefully pasted together, you can enjoy the deep shine and handcrafted feel that is unique to foil.
