Craftsmen then process each plate into foil to create "MADE IN JAPAN" tableware from the Hokuriku region. The shine of various metal foils, which apply gold foil production techniques that have been used since the Edo period, adds an accent to the table. "Flake" uses brass foil and is finished with an advanced technique of scattering torn foil little by little by hand.
