This model has been synonymous with LE KLINT since 1944. Also known as the "Lantern," this series has been produced since the year after Le Klint was founded. It was designed by Kaare Klint, known as the father of Danish modernism. The intricate pleats made from a single plastic sheet are carefully calculated to be perfectly beautiful from any angle, up, down, left or right. The warm light and gentle shadows unique to Le Klint. The secret lies in the beautiful form that can only be achieved by hand-weaving a single sheet by hand. The shades have remained unchanged since the company's founding and are still carefully made one by one by skilled craftsmen in a workshop in Odense, Denmark's third largest city. It is said that it takes three years to master this basic technique and more than ten years to become a full-fledged craftsman. The pleated shades are made of flame-retardant PE resin, which makes them resistant to UV rays and heat, and highly transparent.
