The classic series features beautiful straight lines of traditional pleated shades, influenced by Japanese origami. The regular folds create beautiful shadows. The warm light and gentle shadows are unique to Le Klint. The secret lies in the beautiful form that can only be achieved by hand-weaving a single sheet. The shades are still carefully made one by one by skilled craftsmen in a workshop in Odense, Denmark's third largest city, just as they were when the company was founded. It is said that it takes three years to master this basic technique and more than ten years to become a full-fledged craftsman. The pleated shades are made of flame-retardant PE resin, which makes them resistant to UV rays and heat, and highly transparent. Static electricity is unlikely to be generated, making them easy to clean. For daily cleaning, simply brush off the dust with a brush to maintain their beauty. If you are concerned about dirt, you can remove the resin shade and wash it with water. Le Klint products come with a Philips Hue bulb.
