Fritz Hansen has revived the Vicoduo chair to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vico Magistretti's birth. Vicoduo was designed by Magistretti in 1997 in the Fritz Hansen design room, surrounded by his own sketches. Vicoduo's light design is perfect for offices as well as hotels and restaurants. The chair's form is made of simple, clean lines. The backward-facing armrests, inspired by a loosely drawn "Z" on paper, also serve as a balancing element in the chair design. Another unique aspect of this design is that the armrests and rear legs are made from a single piece of steel. The newly added arm pads improve the comfort of Vicoduo and give it a contemporary look. This model is fully padded with a wide range of fabric or leather upholstery. Fabric Fritz Hansen offers a wide range of fabrics for the upholstery. Choose from our Designer Selection of fabrics and colours, or combine your favourite colours, compositions and designs to create your own custom piece. We use fabrics from top Danish and international suppliers for our furniture upholstery. We carefully select the quality and characteristics of our fabrics to suit not only the home, but also public spaces such as offices, hotels and other facilities, where durability is of paramount importance. Leather (genuine leather) Fritz Hansen offers a wide range of leathers to ensure that each piece of furniture blends perfectly into any home. Different types of leather have different characteristics, so there are several factors to consider when choosing the right leather. Structure, maintenance, feel, comfort and appearance are all equally important. Different leathers also age differently, some darken and others lighten over time. The only thing that all Fritz Hansen leathers have in common is quality. We only use the finest leathers for our upholstery. Please note that leather is a natural material and there are natural individual variations in colour and surface structure.
