Created by Verner Panton in 1971, the Panthella is one of Panton's most iconic designs. The Panthella Table 320, an intermediate size between the timeless geometric table lamp Panthella Table 400 and the smaller Panthella Mini Table, was released in 2020. Regardless of the material, color, or size, the bright, dynamic curved form enhances the interior space. The design is suitable not only for private spaces such as homes, but also for open spaces such as shops, hotels, and bars. The metal shade reflects downward light from the support and base without spreading it around, creating an accent light. The filament of the bulb is designed to be on the extension line between the tip of the shade and the tip of the trumpet-shaped socket cover inside, showing the influence of Poul Henningsen's lamp design, who was a personal friend of Panton.
