The beautifully extended thin stem has a comfortable feel without any sense of seam with the bowl. This product "Riesling" has a standard bowl shape with a vertical length and a firm taper. It can be used for a wide range of purposes, such as light red wines and refreshing white wines. Winewings was developed under the direction of Georg Riedel, the 10th generation head of the Riedel family, at the request of BV George de Latour, a producer in Napa Valley, USA, for an original glass for the vintage to commemorate the 80th anniversary. Georg thought about what a modern and functional wine glass should be, and came up with a completely new shape that is flat and wide, different from the egg-shaped glasses with narrow mouths that had been used up until then.
