The Nubu Chair has a unique backrest with a rounded "nub" (in English), giving it a lovely charm. The backrest was inspired by the bobbins used by women in the traditional lacemaking craft of Patricia Urquiola, a world-renowned designer from Spain, when she was a child. The chair is made of FSC-certified beech wood harvested from our own forests with consideration for environmental protection, and is processed with exquisite craftsmanship. This product is a rocking chair with a higher seat height than the lounge chair type.
