This wall/table clock combines pottery and wood, created by potters and woodworkers in Tajimi, Gifu Prefecture, known for Mino ware, which has a history of over 1,300 years. The gently rounded corners of the pottery frame are matched with the dial, which features numbers carved into recesses to bring out the wood's texture, creating a high-quality, warm clock. The clock comes in three colors: bud color, which evokes the majestic nature of Tajimi, where the pottery was made; sky blue, which evokes a clear blue sky; and white porcelain, which evokes the large clouds hanging over it. This clock is warm and gentle, made with pottery fired one by one in a kiln and warm natural wood.
