This bench uses "Denim Stone," a new sustainable material that reduces environmental impact, for the seat. The seat is slightly raised on a base made of the finest wood, giving the impression that the strength and weakness of gravity coexist. "Denim Stone" is an upcycled material made by applying washi papermaking techniques to scraps from the denim manufacturing process. "Dark Light Denim Stone" is a unique and striking model that combines light denim stone, which is colored with white cotton hanten, and dark denim stone, which makes use of the original color of denim, to create a checkered pattern. The marble-like glossy surface changes its appearance depending on how the light hits it, giving it a Japanese atmosphere. You can choose from two types of base: chestnut with beautiful grain, or burnt Victorian rosewood, which is difficult to obtain.
