Real Antique Monks Bench
A two-seater bench that can also function as a table or shelf. Flip and move the backrest board to turn it into a table or shelf. The inside of the seat can also be used as a storage box. When used as a bench, the seat height is 49cm, and when used as a table, the height is 80cm. Estimated to be made in the UK in the 1920s, this is a beautiful Jacobean style design with molding panels. In addition to the design, the solid light oak creates a heavy texture. As the name suggests, this furniture was used by monks in monasteries. Its origins are unclear, but it is a historic bench that has been identified in specimens dating back to the mid-17th century.
