REY CHAIR
This dining chair is based on the "REY" collection, designed in 1971 by Bruno Rey, a leading Swiss design designer in the mid-century period. It has been reissued in a new size and material combination to suit modern lifestyles, in collaboration with Dietiker, the Swiss furniture manufacturer that originally produced it, and HAY. In addition to the original colors, new colors have been added. This dining chair, characterized by its rounded edges and curved backrest, was the first chair to be patented using Dietiker's proprietary technology to connect wood and metal without screws, and became the most successful chair in Switzerland.
