The high-back stool from the "NF Collection" was designed to be installed in a house designed by Norman Foster, a leading British architect. When considering what furniture would best fit the space, they realized that there was no specific furniture that could accommodate the various uses of the building, so they developed custom-made furniture. The high-back stool (NF-BS02) was designed to provide a more supportive and comfortable seating experience while maintaining the design characteristics of the "NF Collection". It features a backrest wrapped in upholstery and an elegant wooden frame that tapers towards the tip. Norman Foster designed eight types of furniture for this project, some of which were adopted for Karimoku Case's seventh collection.
