This dining table was designed by Mizunoe Tadaomi, who supported the early days of Japanese furniture design. It was designed to match his signature chair, "S-0507NA-NT," designed for reading at the Kanagawa Prefectural Library. The shape of the skirting board (the board connecting the legs) keeps it out of sight when standing up, and the tapered legs give it a light and airy impression.
