This carpet expresses the shimmering world of the ocean, drawn with colored pencils by Akira Minagawa, designer of minä perhonen. The ocean world is drawn with a generous and lively style. Various techniques of Yamagata Dantsu are incorporated to reproduce the fading, blurring, unevenness, and swaying nuances of hand-drawn colors and lines. The dyeing technique "Kasuri dyeing" creates a soft gradation, and the weaving and finishing technique "Chipsher" expresses the shimmering of lines by irregularly mixing cut pile and loop pile. These techniques have embodied the world of happy ocean in your living space. Available in four sizes, the XS size is recommended for entrances, bedsides, verandas, and terrace entrances.
