COCHI is a tableware brand created by artists who inherit the beauty of Japan and Japanese craftsmanship. "TSUDOI | Collection" is a series of square plates designed to be beautiful, even with the blank space left on the plate when food is served. The glaze of SHIRONERI (white paste) is made by mixing blue and brown granular glaze with white to give it a unique look. It blends in with a variety of ingredients and dishes, and with the table. SUMI (ink) is a matte black color that makes food stand out vividly. It gives the table a chic look, and makes everyday dishes feel special. BINROJIZOME (Betel Nut Dye / Binro Jizome) has a metallic texture with a matte bronze and subtle gold glittering. The color will settle and develop a sophisticated texture as you use it. MATSUBA (Pine Needle / Matsuba) is a deep green with a moist taste by Oribe glaze. It is characterized by the appearance that changes depending on the shade of the glaze and the way the light hits it. The more you use it, the more it will change to an antique atmosphere.
