This dining armchair was designed based on the idea of "creating a linear wooden chair" that is unique to Karimoku, which boasts high quality due to its refined craftsmanship and advanced machine technology. The seat is made of paper cord. This chair is made mainly of linear elements, and the reinforcing material is angled to express its direction and characteristics. This gives it a modern look that makes you want to straighten your back, making it a chair that can be used with any interior style. THE HIROO RESIDENCE PROJECT Hiroo Collection was designed to be installed in one room of a residential renovation project located in Hiroo, which has a healthy and bright atmosphere near a lush park. Hiroo Residence is a spatial project called "crafted space", where everything that can be put to use is put to use. Keiji Ashizawa Architectural Design Office carried out the interior renovation, and as a component of this, they collaborated with Norm Architects, a Nordic design studio, to create several tailor-made furniture pieces. These make up the eighth collection of Karimoku Case. This collection is based on the interior theme of eliminating noise in the space, and plays a part in creating more careful situations that are suitable for spending long periods of time.
